Hello, my name is Doug Selsam. I am based in Fullerton, California, near the old Fender guitar factory. The TARANTULA is only one example of the awesome guitars I build. I have built guitars for the biggest names in the industry. If you have discretionary capital, you can have one built for you. Due to the unique manufacturing process, these instruments sound as incredible as they look. The sound of this Tarantula is deep and piano-like, coming through Seymour Duncan APJ-1 Active E.Q. Pickups. The neck is a beautiful birdseye maple. The fingerboard is african ebony. The body is a proprietary composite structure over a thick rock maple core. This instrument was featured the November, 1990 issue of Bassplayer Magazine.

My world-famous guitars have been seen in Concerts, on Television, MTV, and featured in many periodicals, including LIFE Magazine, among , USA Today and in fact most newspapers.
